Cancellation Policy

🎭 DreamHaus Venue Booking Policy DreamHaus is a private event venue designed for immersive experiences, performances, and curated gatherings. By booking DreamHaus, clients agree to the following terms and policies to ensure a smooth and successful event. 📅 Booking & Payment - A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date. - Dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is received. - Full payment must be completed prior to the event date (timeline will be outlined in your agreement). - Custom packages, add-ons, and upgrades may affect final pricing. ⏱ Event Timing - All bookings include a set timeframe for load-in, event duration, and load-out. - Additional time may be requested in advance and is subject to availability and additional fees. - Events must end at the agreed-upon time to comply with local regulations and staffing. 🍾 Food & Beverage - All alcohol service must comply with Virginia ABC laws. - Outside alcohol is not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing. - Catering and food options may be provided by DreamHaus or approved vendors. - Any outside vendors must be pre-approved. 🎭 Venue Use & Conduct - DreamHaus is a curated environment — events must align with the venue’s standards and approved use. - Clients are responsible for the behavior of their guests. - Any damages to the venue, furniture, or equipment will be charged accordingly. - Illegal activity, underage drinking, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of the event. 🔊 Production & Entertainment - DreamHaus offers in-house production capabilities (lighting, sound, staging). -Outside DJs, performers, or production teams must be approved in advance. Volume levels and performance types must comply with venue and city guidelines. 🧾 Cancellations & Changes Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability. Significant changes to the event may require a revised agreement. 📸 Media & Marketing DreamHaus may capture photo/video content during events for promotional use. Clients may request limited restrictions in writing prior to the event. 🔐 Security & Liability DreamHaus reserves the right to require security staff depending on the size and nature of the event. The client assumes responsibility for all guests and vendors.
