VOXRVA Storytellers & Creator Meetup

If you love stories and storytellers, then you’ll love VOXRVA, Richmond’s premiere creator meetup and live storytelling event!

Every month, VOXRVA hosts a community meetup for creators and storytellers, followed by a live-recorded storytelling night. Each month has a new theme. Everyone is welcome to submit their story for a chance to share it on stage!

April's theme: Family secrets

Family secrets. Most of us have them. We find them in old love letters and documents buried in boxes in the attic. We hear them blurted out or whispered by relatives at family gatherings. We harbor them to protect others. And we discover them in our DNA which doesn’t lie.

What’s a story you’ve learned about yourself and your family that you want to share? You can submit a brief summary here. We’ll bring our skeletons and secrets out of the closet and into the light of our next VOXRVA meetup.

Come join us April 22nd at DreamHaus. Social hour from 6-7 p.m. Storytelling from 7-8:30 p.m.

6–7 pm: Creator Meetup and Cocktail hour. Food, beer, wine, and mocktails available.

7-9 pm: VOXRVA Storytellers: Family Secrets

VOXRVA: a collaborative hub for podcasters, storytellers, and audio creators across the region. Founders are Meg Lindholm (Previously VPM), Steve Lack (Steve Lack: AUDIO), Reese Williams (Shockoe Sessions LIVE!), and Michael Bickett (Geeks Under the Influence).
