About Superstar
superstar is a rock duo from Athens, Georgia. Aaron White and Bennett Evans began playing together when they were in middle school and have been writing and performing music together in different bands ever since. The band has released three singles so far since its launch in late 2025, and has garnered the attention of Flagpole, Earmilk, and Spotify’s “fresh finds folk” Editorial Playlist. As of late, superstar has been playing nearly every weekend in a new city, sometimes with nationally touring acts, and they have no plans of slowing down.
About Visit Neptune:
For Visit Neptune, it started with the music. A simple conversation between two middle schoolers. A shared obsession with blistering drums. A hunger to make something louder than they were—and a shelter from the brutally unforgiving Florida summers. It was there, in the chaos of a little bedroom on Neptune Street, that Alexander (drums) and Buchanan (vocals/guitar) formed a caustic musical partnership.
Throughout high school, Visit Neptune evolved from a wide-eyed cover band into a distinct force in the Tampa music scene, earning their stripes through the sweat and hustle of barrooms, backyards, and any stage that Central Florida had to offer. During their senior year, the band retreated up to a cabin in the sweltering swamps of Land O’ Lakes to record their 2021 debut: Show Me 3D—a restless reflection of youth and a hymn for clarity amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
After the release of their debut, the band split for college—committed to the idea that developing as artists meant developing as people. Alexander left for Belmont in Nashville while Buchanan attended USC film school in LA. But as the world slowed down from the pandemic, the music only accelerated. Through remote writing sessions and summer meet-ups, Visit Neptune maintained a steady release of singles that sharpened their sound and compounded their momentum.
By 2025, the band reunited in Nashville, eager to immerse themselves in a city built on songwriting. Years of refinement, backlogged material, and high-calorie heartbreak had revealed a more defined and focused band. They returned to the stage with urgency, playing anywhere, everywhere, and often. That four-year push-and-pull—distance and return, restraint and release—became embedded in their sound: nostalgic ,yet modern; punchy, yet atmospheric; raw, yet refined; familiar, yet entirely their own.
Now, Visit Neptune is planning a U.S. tour as they prepare for the release of their sophomore album—a collection of songs that expands on their signature tension between reckless edge and quiet vulnerability. Their most personal release to date. An invitation to where it all started. In that little room. Where the air is thick, and the guitars are thicker.
