DreamHaus is a community-forward theater and immersive event venue. DreamHaus will serve as both a cultural landmark and the headquarters of the “Shockoe Shine” initiative, infusing the district with vibrant, performance-driven energy while elevating public safety, creativity, and engagement.
DreamHaus is more than a theater — it’s a malleable creative hub that bridges Richmond’s artistic spirit with the electric energy of Shockoe Bottom, while honoring and alchemizing its history. Through innovative programming, community partnerships, and strategic placemaking, DreamHaus will serve as a catalyst for positive change, cultural expression, and artistic vibrancy in one of the city’s most historically rich neighborhoods.
